When we are not busy getting ready for the camping season, we are able to raise much-needed funds by renting out our facilities for parties, reunions, retreats and other events. We are situated in a 15-acre site in Roosevelt Park with a variety of facilities available for rent. Our most popular venues are Schirber Hall (AKA: the Dining Hall) and the Log Cabin.
We do not rent the facilities for Wedding, Sweet 16 or teenage parties.
In order to rent our facilities, interested parties must first call our office for hall availability and to hold a date. Within five business days, we must be provided with a 25% deposit and a copy of Homeowner’s Insurance showing liability coverage in order to reserve the desired date. If we do not receive a deposit within the allotted time, the reservation will be forfeited and made available for others to rent. The balance of the contract is due one month before the event. If any of these requirements are not met, Kiddie Keep Well Camp has the right to cancel the event. Any cancellations requested before 30 days from the event must be received in writing to be eligible for a refund of the deposit paid to Kiddie Keep Well Camp.
Cancellations requested 30 days or less from the event, no deposit refunds will be issued.

Our most popular rental, Schriber Hall, is equipped with a large kitchen and walk-in refrigerator/ice machine. Central heat and air keep guests comfortable all year round.

Groups MUST provide security/traffic through the Parks Department if the group is 100 people or more and need the overflow lot across the street.
Our Colonial Log Cabin includes amenities such as a fireplace, heat/air and a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot

The Lodge Dormitory is a flexible housing facility which can hold up to 60 people, complete with single bunk beds, shower facilities, a central meeting area, and a refrigerator.

Middlesex County Recreation Council T/A Kiddie Keep Well Camp reserves the right to refuse to rent facilities to any person or group.
Please note that the use of helium balloons and bounce houses are NOT PERMITTED. Use of these items will result in a forfeit of deposit.
